REGISTRATION DETAILS

• Pre-registration must be postmarked by September 11, 2009 to be eligible, no exceptions.

• An early registration will be held Friday, Friday September 25th at the tournament venue 7:00 to 9:00pm to allow competitors to avoid the Saturday morning rush. Pre-registered competitors may also  pick up their competitor packages at this time.

• "Day of event" registration begins at 8:30am on Saturday September 26th. Competitors should ensure that they are registered for their divisions a least 1 hour before the start of their division.

TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE

• Doors open at 8:30am.

• Black belt and volunteer meeting begins at 10:00am.

• First divisions will be called at 10:30am. Beginning with divisions 18 to 27; junior and adult black belt forms divisions. With the completion of the black belt forms divisions, we will then begin calling the colour belt forms divisions, junior and adult.
